Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations must be in writing and forwarded to bhmgfacility(at)brishockey(dot)org(dot)au   The following conditions apply to cancellations:

1. For cancellations with six (6) or more days notice there will be no charge.
2. For cancellations with five (5) or less days notice and if the cancelled timeslot cannot be re-booked the following applies:
   1. At least ninety-six (96) hours notice, fifty percent (50%) of the cost will be invoiced;

• Hockey Fixture hire rates have been removed from this table. When the Associations calculate match fees for fixtures, other charges are added such as Umpiring, Tech Bench, First Aid, etc, before being divided by two for the per team rate.
